Support requests What happens after I submit a support request?

Your request is logged and routed to our Customer Care queue. You will receive an email confirmation. A team member will review your submission and get back to you as soon as possible.

Contact & hours Is Customer Care a call center or real people?

Real people. Our in-house care team handles tickets personally, not a scripted call center.

Contact & hours What are Customer Care support hours?

Routine support is handled Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST. You can submit a request anytime; after-hours tickets are reviewed the next business day.

Contact & hours How do I call or email Customer Care?

Call 1-800-513-0304 (option 3 for parts/order help) during business hours, or email customerservice@wagntails.com. For tracked follow-up, submit a request on this page.

Contact & hours I have a sales question, not an owner support issue. Who do I contact?

Customer Care is for current owners. If you are still exploring vehicles, financing, or leasing, book a call with our sales team, or use the contact options on our Contact page. Sales also notes Spanish-language support on that page.

Support requests What details should I include in my request?

Share as many details as you can about the issue. Include your van year, make, and model, plus the VIN when possible. Photos, error messages, and when the issue started help the care team move faster.

Warranty What does the Wag'n Tails limited warranty cover?

Wag'n Tails provides a five-year limited warranty covering material defects in workmanship on the upfit for the original purchaser (terms and exclusions apply). It begins on delivery and is not transferable to later owners. Full details are on our Warranty Information page.

Warranty What is typically not covered by the limited warranty?

Published warranty exclusions include (among others) the automotive chassis and powertrain, many third-party components (for example generators, inverters, batteries, air conditioning systems, water heaters, vent fans, and similar equipment), normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and routine maintenance items such as anode rod replacement. Always confirm eligibility with Customer Care and read the full statement on Warranty Information.

Warranty How do I submit a warranty claim?

Submit a completed, signed Warranty Claim Form by mail to Wag'n Tails Mobile Conversions, LLC, 12633 Heather Park Dr., Granger, IN 46530; email customerservice@wagntails.com; or fax (574) 243-9833. Claims must be delivered within 30 days of discovering the alleged defect (see the warranty page for full timing rules). Get prior written authorization from Wag'n Tails before delivering a vehicle for warranty service. Download the claim form from Warranty Claim Form (PDF) or start on Warranty Information.

Warranty Does the warranty apply outside the contiguous United States?

Per the published Limited Warranty, coverage is effective while the upfit is located within the contiguous United States. Wag'n Tails has no warranty obligations while the upfit is outside that area. See Warranty Information for the full statement.

Parts & supplies Where can I order parts and supplies?

Order parts and accessories from the Wag'n Tails Parts Store. For help placing an order, call Customer Care Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm EST at 1-800-513-0304 (option 3).

Seasonal maintenance How often should I check water heater anode rods?

Wag'n Tails publishes seasonal guidance to inspect water heater anode rods and replace them if needed. Replacement anode rods are available in the Parts Store. See the Summer Maintenance Checklist. Anode rod replacement is called out as routine maintenance in the limited warranty statement.

Seasonal maintenance How should I prepare my air conditioner for summer?

Before summer operations, clean air conditioner coils and inspect roof seals around vent fans and the AC if they have not been checked in the past 12 months. Wag'n Tails recommends having seal work completed by a technician when coils are cleaned. Watch the coil-cleaning guidance on our YouTube channel and follow the Summer Maintenance Checklist.

Seasonal maintenance Where do I get replacement vent fan screens?

Inspect vent fan screens and replace them if needed. Replacement screens are available for purchase on the Parts Store. More seasonal tips are in the Summer Maintenance Checklist.

Power & CleanPower My van has CleanPower. What should I check on the vent fan remote?

If your van has a CleanPower System™, check the batteries in the vent fan remote (rear utility area, attached to the wall). Battery level shows on the remote screen. Default Wag'n Tails settings are AUTO mode active and temperature set to 70°F to activate, which helps keep the inverter area vented. See the Summer Maintenance Checklist and CleanPower System page. For troubleshooting beyond published guidance, contact Customer Care.

Power & CleanPower What is CleanPower and where do I learn more?

CleanPower is Wag'n Tails' lithium power option for applicable vehicles. For published capabilities, charging notes, and Endura details, see the CleanPower System page and related videos on our YouTube channel. Customer Care can help with owner support questions about an installed system.

Training & app Do you offer vehicle training and owner resources?

Yes. Wag'n Tails offers vehicle orientation and hands-on training so you are confident operating and maintaining your van. Owners also get ongoing Customer Care, plus growth resources through Business Support Services (branding, financing help, and related owner services).

Training & app Is there a Wag'n Tails owner app?

Yes. The Wag'n Tails mobile app is built for current owners and includes access to owner's manual materials, warranty information, how-to and troubleshooting videos, product updates, seasonal maintenance, tradeshow schedule, and the parts store. Allow notifications so you stay current on maintenance and product updates. Search your device app store for Wag'n Tails Mobile, or ask Customer Care if you need download help.

Videos & self-help Where can I find troubleshooting tips and how-to videos?

Explore helpful videos on our YouTube channel, including Customer Care and maintenance topics. Seasonal checklists on wagntails.com complement those videos. The owner app also surfaces how-to and troubleshooting video resources.

Videos & self-help Is there a Customer Care overview video?

Yes. Play the Customer Care overview at the top of this page, or watch it on YouTube: Wag'n Tails Customer Care. For more owner education, browse the full channel.

Support requests Something on my van is not working. Should I keep troubleshooting myself?

Start with published self-help (owner app, YouTube, seasonal checklists, and Parts Store items). For anything unsafe, unclear, or still not resolved, stop and contact Customer Care with your VIN and symptoms so the team can guide next steps. Do not assume a repair is covered under warranty until care confirms eligibility.

Training & app I am taking delivery soon. What support should I expect?

New owners receive vehicle orientation and hands-on training so you leave confident operating your build. After delivery, Customer Care, the Parts Store, the owner app, and Business Support Services remain available. If you have a pre-delivery question, your sales contact or Customer Care can point you to the right person.

Training & app Can Customer Care help with branding, graphics, or growing my business?

Technical vehicle support goes through Customer Care. For branding, graphics, and business growth resources after delivery, see Business Support Services. If you are unsure which team to contact, submit a request here and we will route you.
