- The Site and pages we host for marketing, education, events, and lead generation
- Online forms, quizzes, chat, download experiences, and thank-you pages
- Cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising
- Communications you start with us (for example phone, email, or Customer Care)
It does not replace the privacy practices of unrelated third-party sites, including our external parts store at
store.wagntails.com,
social networks, financing partners, or other services you choose to use. Those providers have their own policies.

- Campaign and attribution data such as UTM parameters, click IDs (including Google and Meta click identifiers when present), and landing-page context associated with your visit or form submission
Information from partners and platforms
- Lead or engagement information from advertising platforms (for example Meta lead forms that redirect to our thank-you pages)
- CRM and marketing automation context when a lead is created or updated in our systems (including Salesforce)
- Spam and abuse prevention signals from security or CAPTCHA providers used on forms
We do not ask for payment card numbers on the main marketing Site. If you purchase parts or complete a transaction on an external store or with another vendor, that provider’s checkout and privacy terms apply.
How we use information
We use information for business purposes such as:
- Responding to you: answering inquiries, scheduling calls, sending brochures or downloads, and providing Customer Care
- Sales and customer operations: qualifying interest, following up on vehicle or ownership questions, and maintaining lead or customer records
- Analytics: understanding Site performance, content usefulness, and conversion paths
- Advertising and remarketing: measuring ad campaigns, building or improving audiences, and showing relevant Wag’n Tails ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
- Personalization: remembering preferences or improving how we present Site experiences where those tools are enabled
- Security and integrity: preventing spam, fraud, and abuse; protecting our Site and systems
- Legal and compliance: meeting recordkeeping needs, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our terms
We may combine information collected across forms, pages, and marketing channels when it helps us serve a legitimate business purpose described above.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These tools may:
- Keep the Site working and remember basic session or preference settings
- Measure traffic and engagement (analytics)
- Support advertising, attribution, conversion measurement, and remarketing
- Help detect spam or abusive form submissions
Some cookies are set by Wag’n Tails or our site platform. Others are set by third parties such as Google, Meta, CRM/personalization tools, form providers, or embedded media. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so can affect Site features and how ads are measured.
Where consent or preference tools are available (for example Google Consent Mode via Site Kit, or a future cookie banner), we use those signals according to how our tagging plugins and containers are configured. Availability and coverage can vary by region and tool. If we add a dedicated consent management platform later, that tool may further gate analytics and advertising tags.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies on the Site. Depending on configuration and your region or consent status, these may include:
-
Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads:
including Google Tag Manager (for example container GTM-WB9HV82X), Google Analytics 4 properties used on the Site (including identifiers associated with Site Kit and MonsterInsights configurations such as G-CHGDFGT2Y7 and G-0JZWZV7NNB), and Google Ads conversion / remarketing tags (for example AW-1071488542).
Google may collect device, usage, and advertising identifiers as described in
Google’s Privacy Policy
and
Google’s advertising technologies materials.
Google Consent Mode may be enabled through Site Kit or related configuration.
-
Meta (Facebook / Instagram):
Meta Pixel and related events used for ads, audiences, and measurement (for example pixel ID 2605551692850708 via the official Facebook Pixel plugin or equivalent tags).
Meta’s practices are described in the
Meta Privacy Policy.
-
Salesforce and related CRM / personalization tools:
lead handling, marketing engagement, SalesforceInteractions identity signals, and related website interactions when those tools are active.
-
Gravity Forms and form security tools:
collecting form submissions and helping reduce spam (for example CAPTCHA or similar protections).
-
Other advertising, analytics, or measurement partners:
from time to time we may use additional ad networks, social platforms, or measurement vendors that place cookies or receive event data to deliver or evaluate campaigns.
These partners may process information as independent controllers or as our processors, depending on the product and relationship. We do not control every cookie or data practice of every third party. Review their policies for details.
Tag identifiers and plugin configurations can change as our marketing stack evolves. The examples above reflect tools documented for this Site’s marketing and advertising use. Presence of a tag ID in this policy does not mean every page fires every tag on every visit.
Forms, CRM, and attribution
When you submit a form or chat lead on the Site, we typically collect the fields you enter plus technical and campaign context needed to route and measure the inquiry. That can include UTM parameters, landing-page URL, referrer, and advertising click identifiers when available.
Lead data is commonly passed into Salesforce (or related CRM tools) so our team can follow up. Marketing attribution fields help us understand which campaigns, pages, or channels led to an inquiry. We do not sell form submissions as a standalone data product.
Examples of Site experiences that may collect lead information include book-a-call, brochure request, Do I Qualify, Which Van, profit calculator unlocks, talent network / Join Our Pack, Customer Care requests, chat, and various landing-page gates. The exact fields vary by form.

When we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and business (hosting, forms, CRM, email, analytics, advertising, security, customer support tools)
- Advertising and measurement partners such as Google, Meta, and other platforms described above
- Professional advisors (for example legal, accounting, or insurance) when reasonably needed
- Authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary-course sense of a consumer data brokerage. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, “sale” or “sharing” can also cover certain cookie-based advertising disclosures. If those laws apply to you, see the California and U.S. rights section below for how to exercise choices.
California and U.S. privacy rights
Wag’n Tails is a U.S. company. This section addresses privacy rights commonly associated with California law (including the CCPA/CPRA as amended) and similar U.S. state privacy laws, to the extent they apply to you and to our business.
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Know or access personal information we collected about you, including categories of information, sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we share it
- Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where those concepts apply
- Limit use of sensitive personal information, if we collect it and the law provides that right
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights
Categories of personal information we may collect are described in
Information we collect
and are used for the purposes in
How we use information.
We do not knowingly collect government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or payment card data through the main marketing Site.
To submit a request, contact us using the details in
Contact us.
We may need to verify your identity and the nature of your request before completing it. An authorized agent may be able to submit a request where the law allows, subject to verification.
Do Not Sell or Share / targeted advertising choices:
You can reduce cookie-based advertising through the opt-out links above and browser controls. You may also contact us to request opt-out of sale/sharing where California or similar state law applies to our practices. Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar browser signals may be honored where we have implemented support; if you believe a signal was not respected, contact us.
We do not knowingly use this Site to create profiles of children, and we do not offer the type of financial incentive programs that require a California “Notice of Financial Incentive” at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy.
This policy is written for a U.S. audience and U.S. advertising use. We do not claim full GDPR “controller in the EEA” compliance in this notice. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults interested in professional mobile grooming or veterinary vehicles and related business topics. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy (for example responding to inquiries, maintaining customer or lead records, measuring campaigns, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or accounting requirements), unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods vary by record type and business need.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sending information online.
Third-party links and our store
The Site may link to third-party websites, apps, financing tools, social media platforms, video hosts (including YouTube), event partners, or other resources. Those destinations are outside this policy once you leave our Site.
Our parts shopping experience is hosted separately at
store.wagntails.com
(NetSuite SuiteCommerce). Purchases, accounts, checkout, and browsing on the store are governed by that store’s terms and privacy practices, which may differ from this Site policy. Our Parts Store hub on wagntails.com may deep-link into that external catalog.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated policy on the Site. If changes are material, we may provide an additional notice (for example a Site notice or other reasonable method). Your continued use of the Site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
