I’m so thrilled to introduce myself as the new Customer Experience Manager here at Wag’n Tails! It’s such an honor to be part of a company that means so much to so many, and I want to start by saying thank you for being part of our amazing community and for the love you pour into your businesses (and your furry clients) every single day.

We’ve been listening closely to your feedback, and I want you to know that your voices matter. Every comment, question, and suggestion helps us grow stronger and serve you better. Our goal is simple: to raise the bar and redefine what excellent customer care looks like at Wag’n Tails.
